Richard Wisniewski Prior to founding BPAM in 2010, Mr. Wisniewski was a Senior Managing Director at Greystone & Co., Inc. where he was the head of the Specialty Finance Group responsible for the acquisition and origination of assets within Greystone’s commercial bank affiliate. Prior to joining Greystone, he was co-head of the Rediscount Lending effort at Fortress Investment Group, focusing on domestic and international structured lending products for specialty finance and financial services companies. Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. Wisniewski was head of the New York Asset Securitization Group and Global Head of Securitization for Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank AG (DZ Bank), where he led a team of professionals that managed a $4 billion commercial paper conduit to fund specialty finance companies with revolving warehouse lines of credit. Before joining DZ Bank, Mr. Wisniewski was a Vice President in the Asset Finance Group of ING Barings. In this position he originated and managed securitization products and structured several term securitizations of esoteric ABS. Prior to that Mr. Wisniewski was a Vice President for Financial Guaranty Insurance Company (FGIC), a subsidiary of GE Capital, where he focused on underwriting surety and guaranty products for ABS, MBS, and conduit borrowers. Before that, Mr. Wisniewski was a Senior Analyst with Moody’s Investors Service where he rated asset and mortgage-backed securities. Mr. Wisniewski was also in Moody’s corporate insurance group where he followed mortgage insurance companies. Mr. Wisniewski received a B.A. in Economics and Finance from St. John’s University and an MBA from Bernard Baruch College.
