Richard Wisniewski Prior to co-founding BPAM in 2010, Mr. Wisniewski was a Senior Managing Director at Greystone & Co., Inc. where he was the head of the Specialty Finance Group responsible for the acquisition and origination of assets within Greystone’s commercial bank affiliate. Prior to joining Greystone, he was co-head of the Rediscount Lending effort at Fortress Investment Group, focusing on domestic and international structured lending products for specialty finance and financial services companies. Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. Wisniewski was head of the New York Asset Securitization Group and Global Head of Securitization for Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank AG (DZ Bank), where he led a team of professionals that managed a $4 billion commercial paper conduit to fund specialty finance companies with revolving warehouse lines of credit. Before joining DZ Bank, Mr. Wisniewski was a Vice President in the Asset Finance Group of ING Barings. In this position he originated and managed securitization products and structured several term securitizations of esoteric ABS. Prior to that Mr. Wisniewski was a Vice President for Financial Guaranty Insurance Company (FGIC), a subsidiary of GE Capital, where he focused on underwriting surety and guaranty products for ABS, MBS, and conduit borrowers. Before that, Mr. Wisniewski was a Senior Analyst with Moody’s Investors Service where he rated asset and mortgage-backed securities. Mr. Wisniewski was also in Moody’s corporate insurance group where he followed mortgage insurance companies. Mr. Wisniewski received a B.A. in Economics and Finance from St. John’s University and an MBA from Bernard Baruch College.
Mark Parsa Prior to co-founding BPAM in 2010, Mr. Parsa was a Managing Director at Greystone & Co., Inc. where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring specialty finance platform and asset acquisitions. Prior to joining Greystone, he was a Managing Director in Fortress Investment Group’s Rediscount finance group, where he negotiated and structured transactions in lending and acquisition of specialty finance companies for consumer and commercial asset classes. Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. Parsa was a Vice President in the Asset Securitization Group of DZ Bank, AG where he was responsible for developing, analyzing, negotiating and structuring of commercial paper warehouse transactions for small to mid-cap commercial and consumer lenders and lessors. In that position, Mr. Parsa was part of a team that structured and closed over $4.0 billion of committed warehouse facilities via a multi-seller commercial paper conduit. Prior to DZ Bank, Mr. Parsa was a part of the Project Finance and the Portfolio and Risk Management team at Commerzbank AG, New York. In that position, Mr. Parsa analyzed and monitored the feasibility of project finance, energy, utilities and oil and gas exploration and development transactions. Before that, Mr. Parsa was at Stratum Group, LLC, a boutique venture capital company involved in the acquisition and financing of oil and gas exploration and development properties and/or companies. Mr. Parsa received a B.A. in Economics from Alameh University & Georgetown University and an MBA from St. John's University.
